@Balthias, Perhaps the reason this ability is "negated" by other effects is because it is a 'Once per Day Racial Power' and may take precident over other attributes based on Skyrim's combat schema - but that is speculation.
I could try to integrate this power with other mods - maybe some recomendations of Khajiit mods that you guys use? That way I could get a better idea of how those files modify the game, and further, how I might be able to tweak this file to become compatible. Let me know, and I can get started on that.
@cloak_n_daggerz, In the interest of keeping this mod lore friendly, I feel that being allowed one use per day is a reasonable cooldown for the ability. I am intruigued by the idea of increasing jumping height, and in tandem, reducing damage from lethal falls.

Cats aren't hardy, they're agile. Instead maybe have a 5-10% chance to avoid physical damage OR 10-20% chance to take half physical damage on blows.
Also, the buff to flat damage I feel should be reflected in increased swing/bash/draw speeds instead of just extra damage.
Decreasing fall damage is a nice minor addon as well.
And the detect life is a little too large of a radius I feel, indoors & outdoors should be the same for simplicity. The addition of it is TERRIFIC though.
Maybe you could add UNARMED damage modifiers with the swing speed as well.

1. I've realized the language on this mod is a bit off; predatorial is not a word, so I will soon be updating the spell name and images on Steam to "Predatory Instincts"
2. I like the idea of nerfing the speed buff a bit to make damage and mitigation modifiers a bit more noticable.
3. I will experiment with a slow time effect, but if anything it would be minor; this ability already offers a wide range of uses, and I'd like it to stay out of the 'overpowered' realm if possible.

I play Khajiit as my main and I always felt they didnt get the stelth boosts they deserved. They should have also given them a fall damage reduction as well THEIR CATS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
As far as I know, a Speed Buff can only be achieved through a Constant Effect type of spell (which are used for abilities and armor buffs), and the Berserk and Detect Life effects are Fire and Forget type effects (initiated, then run on a timer).
So unfortunately, I am unable to find an easy solution to adding speed to this buff, but I will continue to look for one. If anyone has any information that might help, please don't hesitate to post it or a link to it.

@Azeal - Absolutely a good point. Increased speed would go great for the Khajiit race in place of taking less damage. I really like that idea.
How do others feel?
~ Removing the 25% Damage Reduction to replace with a signficant running speed boost
I am a bit apprehensive about also adding STA regen, I don't want to over power this power. However, it may be in order.
@Evilguy22 - I sure could add a power to each race based off of their theme, but it would take some work to balance with their vanilla powers. Any suggestions?
