As none of the older Stargate mods have been updated in over 2 years:

For those that are not aware Stargate now has a successor as of Oct, 2020. The new mod's name is Stargate Evolution and will continue the work of Stargate on ARK, and will expand past what any of the Stargate mods have ever done.

A work around: ADMIN COMMANDS REQUIRED

Craft a RAFT and build a basic area of foundations to a reasonable size

Place a "Stargate on Saddle" on the raft
cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/StarGates/Blueprints/Items/PrimalItem_StarGatesSaddle.PrimalItem_StarGatesSaddle'" 1 0 0

Mount the raft and while driving it use this command:
cheat setplayerpos 847203 271253 36141

This puts the driver and raft onto the lake in fishing village.

Now drive the raft around so it is in a good location

PLEASE NOTE --- VERY IMPORTANT --- YOU MUST FLY USING THIS METHOD

In order to LEAVE fishing village you will be required to FLY through the gate - walking through will get you teleported back onto the raft.

it brings a small place out of the map in the game with some houses, deers an a small sea with fish witout enemys, but y las info the mod is broken, you cant conekt the village.. :(

Imagine making a mod and then not writing what it does...

so this mod isn't being supporter anymore? can we get source code to continue it?

can it be that this Mod force gamecrashs? 2 totalfreezes after installing thism od on the server in 3h ...

I was able to get to the fishing village by using this cords 848150 299021 38377, but there's no stargate in there and tryed to build a public one with no succes. Is this extension going to be fixed? I used in the past and I know there was a portal there but isn't showing anymore.

I am hoping more Extensions to come. Maybe entire maps with varrious resources and creatures...

Quite a work around! I was about to delete the mod but I'll try it.

Be sure that you set it all up first before taking it to the Village though, since you still wont be able to build on the platform once its there.

Ok so I tested it, and found out that if you set up a Quetz platform with a teleporter or stargate set to public on it, as well as whatever other structures you want on the platform, and TP it to the Fishing Village, that will allow anyone to be able to travel there and fish to their hearts content.

Stargate isn't there that is why it isn't working. Only way to get there is admin teleport and you can't build in the location even with hoverplatforms (another mod).

Does anyone know the teleport coords to reach the village?

love the fishing village but the stargate doesn't show up so unless your an admin on the server you can't get to it. The only way I can get to it is by teleporting to it using the coordinates. Please fix.

Hmmm, well it doesn't show up as a public stargate so I tried to put in 142536 but nothing happens.

btw the problem is that the gate does not load into the map

ye stargate not exists, by the way, i think it will be great if u can maybe do a RACE ship as puddle jumper from atlantis, and the stargate With schild acitvating as Iris

ahh very cool just making sure it wasn't a bug, now just need a way in to the village without the admin teleport. btw love the animation you have for the stargates

I like to fish but without a good fishing pole its a waste of time, like this it is worth the effort & time :p

The "game" is like this: you go in village, u craft special fishing pole and get baits, you caught a fish and u receive a wonderfull regular/vanilla fishing pole that will allows you to get some cool stuff in the "real" map :)

correction i can use the pole and bait while sitting, however i finally caught something is it only suppose to give ascendant fishing pole blue prints? even used the new rod only got another ascendant rod blue print. also I can not craft the ascendant rod in the fishing village smithy but i can make it in the regular smithy at my base. The normal pole was able to craft in the fishing village smithy

the landscape/environment is beautiful, but as mentioned no star gate or way in without teleporting with admin commands also can make a fishing pole and find bait, but cant actually equip or use either the pole or bait

Environment is there, but no stargate. Even none buildable as it say out of boundaries. Only possible to go there by playerpos you mentioned. Map itself, fishing crafting station etc. all there. First time to use this map, so not sure what should be there or not. Stargate is definately not there and mentioned adress is also not dialable.

You can try to teleport to this point : 848150 299021 38377 and check if the landscape is there AND if the stargate is there too, it should be at 1 meter from you.

i mean ... we not see any adress in our stargate widget.... for fish village

on our stargate its not showing the dial up callings for fish village? how it it works ? it show u guys the dial up for fish village to or not?

It should be on ur all stargates console widget, referenced as a public gate, with a name like p3x7v (i dont remember)

How do you gate to the village? The old address doesnt seem to work.
