I love it
A bit, I think I might do some tau stuff for sparks in the future but Id like to finish a bit more emperium stuff first. Got a pretty sizable mod for sparks in the pipeline though so hopefully that can at least tide ya over till tau stuff
Probably wont do a WotC of this specifically, but I am working on a much more in depth mod for sparks, including at least several 40k weapons and 40k themed armor. Possibly specific classes for them as well if its not too involved
well, currently the plan is doing lasguns for soldiers and an imperial knight based skin for sparks

currently working on an update to solve the "launch" issues. will no longer require mechanized warfare tech or lw2.
So yes, I did some reaserch (onlline) and if you have the shen tower mission in your game, then you dont get mechanized warfare, insted you just get "Build Spark". Could you please make it so that you can get the bolter?
Well at the moment they wont show up unless you have lw2 installed. I will be updating it here shortly to allow vanilla interaction. Quick question though to simplify things, the mechanized warfare project still appears after doing the mission for shens last gift? It has been several playthroughs since Ive actually done the mission
they require the "mechanized warfare" tech, which I thought was unlocked automatically after completing that mission. I made it a requirement so they wouldnt always be available if someone chose not to invest in sparks
A couple of suggestions though, could you make it smaller to fit for regular troops? And can you make a vanilla version? I Personally dont play LW2 so it would be appreciated if you do so. Thanks!
I'll probably look at the stats of it and if it seems to OP I'll tweak it to taste. I do that for many mods. :)
Ill fidget with it a bit and see if I can compress it a bit. The main issue was getting it to fit on the bones correctly for the sparkrifle weapon type and still look half way decent during animations and such

Alright, I was unsure how vanilla would handle lw_overhaul ini. I should have vanilla support put in tomorrow then
LW2 changes how schematics are added to the game, so using "schematics" wont work for LW2, and using "techtables"(how lw2 adds items to the game) wont work for vanilla. This version uses tech tables, but if there is enough demand I can make one for vanilla xcom as well
The next big mod I plan on making is customization options for Sparks, possibly including one strongly based on Imperial Knights, as the shape is pretty close to a spark skeleton. Maybe some terminator armor if I can get it to work with the spark skeleton
Also welcome to the community. Someone who's is capable of making custom models and bring them in the game is a valuable addition.
