@Morrigi This balance project is way behind the current version of VFWE; I've changed the defNames of equipment since, and made minor tweaks to balance.

I'm getting a bunch of errors at startup for this mod.

Just checked em out, they seem fine to me. Technically the charged scattergun is a fair bit weaker than the minigun, but that 72 damage potential makes it deadly enough IMO. Don't get close to anything carrying that thiong.

base mod updated to 1.3:
Changes:
- Two new mechanoid-only weapons: Charge Scattergun and Radiation Cannon
- Various weapon tweaks and small re-balances
- Infosheet is fully up-to-date
- Spreadsheet has been renovated and has more depth
- Strawpoll for a CE version of VFWE.

Well, so is the short bow's. Sling (the primitive slingshot) has a range of 25 in my pack, short bow in vanilla has a range of 29. Slings apparently actually had pretty good range, hence why I placed it where it's at.

Funny that the slingshot range is higher than a pistol.

Very good. Here's a little author's feedback on some of the unclarities that you've brought up:

The Guided Pulse SMG was aimed more at significantly improving the performance of low-skilled shooters more than anything to a point where the shooter would be very little of a limiting factor, hence why I placed the DPS of this weapon a bit lower, but it's still competitive with the Vintage Assault Rifle.

In my next update, I actually reduced the market value from 2400 to 1600. I'm also aiming to introduce two new mechanoid-only weapons.

As for how accuracy works in regards to the guided pulse SMG, it multiplies the pre-curved accuracy by 1.5x. I think Tynan wanted it to be +x%, looking at how he wanted to balance the traits for this alpha, but he ultimately didn't succeed in that.

I like how you're doing these changes to a multitude of mods though, as well as vanilla, so that people can have a more consistent experience. Keep up the good work!
