I honestly do not have the motivation to continue to develop this thing right now. I won't promise anything but who knows what the future will bring. Perhaps I will at some point update it. I don't know if the mod has any issues with current versions of the game ( to my knowledge it shouldn't ) so you can probably still play it with no issues. But until I find within myself the motivation to finish this mod, it will sit and wait deep in my folders.

The problem is I still don't know what exactly the problem is or how to fix it. But like I said, once I'm done with my exams I'll get to it. Right now however I want to focus on studying and streaming when I can. And I want to relax during my streams rather than be working on this mod, since it really has become work at this point. But I will fix it Soon™

Jon, if I were to stop nagging you on your twitch, will you please update it to fix the 'Simon Problem'?

Sjin and duncan are in the game although they don't have focus trees. I'm currently trying to find the motivation to make them.

Will Sjin and duncan be added?

I tried taking over Simon with a core on all his lands and it worked. Maybe change the focus so that it gains a core on Datlof or Jaffaland

@Hitori It's possible but I think there were crash issues before isorrows' video. Either he got lucky or just didn't comment on crashes.

@Hitori Another major issue is the fact that I honestly do not know what causes those crashes most of the time. Sometimes it's simple and I can fix it really easily but the one's that are still in the mod are the ones I just cannot for the life of me figure out, and I've tried everything I can think of. What I really would need is someone who is more experienced in modding HoI4 than I am to help me with this. (and my twitch username is the same as this one, so JonE999)

Perhaps leaving the focuses for the time being and just stopping a few major crashes would help... e.g) You can't go to war with Simon (it's like he's God or something)

@Hitori I appriciate the enthusiasm it's just that I feel extremely unmotivated to update the mod. I have currently a version on my computer where I have added around half a focus tree for duncan but barely anything else and whenever I do work on the mod I tend to stream it in the hopes of getting someone to watch and have some kind of discussion on what to add, what to change and so on. Of course that hasn't happened since I'm not exactly the worlds most popular twitch streamer. I believe the issue was that when I first created the mod I did it in such a short timeframe that I managed to burn myself out quite hard on this project. In short, I'm just not feeling it, though hopefully at some point I will recieve the motivation to work on this.

This mod is just too good for it not to be updated! Please update the mod for the joy of all the people using this like me.

@[W-G] Borat (Wrecker) Currently I've felt slightly demotivated to work on the mod, but that said hopefully within a couple days I'll be able to do one or both focus trees for vape nation and/or rubber tree. Perhaps one day I'll start adding the yogs as their own nations instead of being only in lewis' government but that might be a while off since I am working on this by myself (besides of course the portraits and some other art that will be coming in a future update and the german translations)

Could you add a nation for Zoey and Rythian?

@JonE999 @happylego91 Yea, mine crashed at the next day too, however I only had volunteers sent to Jaffaland. I wasn't in a faction with them quite yet. It is very similar though.

@happylego91 seems the crash is caused by the exact same issue as @Taylor Swift's Tiny Butt was having. Honestly I do not know what is causing this issue since I am not completely familiar with the error files but the error that comes up is the same 0xC0000005 error, at least for me. So before anything else is done, try doing some of the options in my previous comment on the matter.

@happylego91 I will test that as soon as I can which is probably tomorrow, thanks for telling me.

For whatever reason, whenever I create a faction (with simon) the game crashes when the next day starts.

The problem is that I'm not very adept at going through the dump files.
So the amount of information I can gather is limited.

"Ok, after reading up a bit on : 0xC0000005 errors, I would suggest:

1. Check your registery using software like CCleaner
2. Reinstall video drivers
3. Reinstall the game
4. Run a memory check software to test for faulty memory sticks.

Also check if things like directX, .net, drivers etc are updated"

I tried seeing if the game would crash for me if I tried playing it and ended up getting the exception 0xC0000005 and the quote above is from a person on the paradox interactive forums.
I believe it might not be my mods fault which would make sense since not many people have reported this issue.

@Taylor Swift's Tiny Butt was your save an ironman save? And if so do you remember the date and time (ingame of course) at which it crashed?

@JonE999 I made a uh oh and deleted my save. I also had the logs set to automatically clear on the crash reporter. I apoligize. However, I also cannot recreate my issue. I think my crashing might have been a one off.

@Taylor Swift's Tiny Butt @Falbird If both of you could send me the crash logs through a website such as pastebin that would help a lot, since I'm not 100% sure what the issue is for the two of you.

@JonE999 I had colored button and player-led peace conferences enabled. Nothing else like Road to 56 or Kaiserreich.

@Taylor Swift's Tiny Butt I just tested it out with console commands and the game did not crash for me. Could you perhaps tell me if you had any other mods enabled at the time?

Just a bug I found:
Game crashes if Kingdom of Jaffa (or whatever the name is. I can't remember, the one with Simon as king and is nonalligned) capitulates to a coup, in this case a Communists coup. I'm not sure if you can fix it and I've never run into this error with any of my mods so I'm unsure of any advice to give.

@Melon_Man_Dan as of now jaffa land doesn't have any resources to trade in the first place nor does it have ports if I remember correctly, but add stuff for them tomorrow when I have the time
