Vehicles with 0 passengers are not picking up any, causing stops with a lot of people waiting.

If you have bus unbunching problems (e.g. unbunching is causing an excessive queue which blocks traffic), then consider trying Express Bus Services https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2262054175 with the IPT2 plugin https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2296003260

EBS was created some years ago because the game's bus unbunching logic too inflexible. Eventually, EBS just completely overrides vanilla unbunching with a custom rubberbanding unbuncher.

And yes EBS is made by me, but I believe advertising about it here can help users of IPT2. EBS with the IPT2 plugin is made to assist IPT2; other parts of IPT2 remains untouched.

Great idea but I think it says somewhere that the unbunching is handled by native game code. This mod just adjust the variable that the game uses to determine how aggressive to be at unbunching but the actual logic is handled by the game's vehicle AI. Modifying behavior like that would be a whole new thing that would need to be written.

great mod, still working for me (except I just edit the vehicle details in advanced vehicle editor which does work/doesn't seem to conflict other than a warning)

a suggestion if you ever revisit this: unbunching can cause a long queue sometimes (e.g. after a traffic jam). It would be neat if vehicles could skip unbunching if a vehicle is waiting behind the one currently at the stop. this would make unbunching more effective along with fixing the queue issue

Your mod has a few problems, namely that with some vehicles you can't set the number of passengers correctly and that the number in the vehicle isn't always correct. At 160, it sometimes goes up to 80 or 260. Can you please fix this? Thanks.:steamthumbsup::hardhat:

Excellent mod, fine tweaking public transport gets much easier with this.

@PKtheEclipseGeek You select allowed vehicle types in the "Select Type" menu. Only select the vehicles you want and add the "add" button (NOT the "add all" button!). The game replaces the existing vehicles with the new ones from the depot. Yes, this despawns the existing vehicles.

Don't install if you want to use public transport. Says No depot found and doesn't deploy vehicles to the line.

This mod causes the Metropolitan Airport to throw a game breaking error if you utilize the helicopters. This mod treats the airport as a depot, which it isn't. Causing an array index out of bounds error.

It is incompatible with Transport Lines Manager 14.5. They both have the same functions and it is not recommended to use them simultaneously.:steamsad:

Hi, the mod works fine for me except the de-boarding stats -
The number of cims exiting transit always shows ' -0 ' even though I can see many cims getting off at the stop. I tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to the mod but it didn't help. Can anyone offer a solution?

Although the mod allows me to change the capacity of the vehicles, every time I save the game and enter the game again, the capacity returns to the default one and not the one I had chosen. What can I do?

you might need to send the old busses back to the depot, and get new busses to get the increased capacity.

even if you set how many people a bus can transport, the bus does not carry the selected quantity, just the default one. What I'm missing?

the vehicles dispatched from the garage are unable to transport guests. At first, I found that it could be solved by deleting vehicles and switching vehicles, but later it couldn't be solved at all

I want to know why when I select a vehicle as my transportation route/service facility, the vehicle that in services is still random but not follow my choice? Can somebody help me to fix this problem?

@BloodyPenguin .... Jusy FYI. There's a typo. When hovering over a metro vehicle in line view it says "Holing down" instead of "Holding down". I only bring it up in case you're interested. I couldn't care less. :steamthumbsup:

Works well except for the fact that every now and again the tool to alter bus/subway lines suddenly won't work and I have to reboot CS in order to make changes to the lines.
