Im currently creating a mod that put everyone into different alliance, I removed Major national focuse, but i need a more fleshed out generic one, could I use your work and put it into mine?

@chaphalor @Sc3ll There must have been changes to the base game which affects the naming conventions. And I'm sorry, I don't have the time or energy to put into this or my other mods anymore to work through the issues that exist. Real life happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Did you change something to the design companies? Because the generic tank designer is missing for all minor nations. Tested it with Vanilla and only your mod enabled.

But beside this small issue, i really enjoy your mod.

@ JarlTom It is possible that because the focus tree increase the amount of factories and tech bonuses that republican spain become strong enough to beat the nationalists. I haven't noticed it myself though but it is possible

For some reason this mod causes Republican Spain to always win the Spanish Civil War even with historical focuses turned on. This is only prevented by having Formable Nations on aswell, which I don't want.

Hi quentins, I checked the focuses by switching the game to French (my default language when playing is English) and they still worked for me event though the descriptions didn't work because of the change of language. If you want you could always set the game in debug mode and send me the .txt file which generates when you play if you want me to look into it. At the present though I do belive that it may be some kind of conflict between the mod and the local files on your computer. A clean install might otherwise work, both with the game and the mod. Hope this helps!

Hi quentins! I tried the mod from my end playing as China and the focuses worked for me. Do you get CTD crashes or does the focuses simply not have any effect when you complete them?

Hi quentins04! I just checked and the mod works without problem for me, both the efficiency focuses as well as the democratic and communist manpower boosts. Is it possible that there is a mod conflict with another mod or are you only using this one?

Hi DestinyCalls! As per your suggestion I added a focus for the Communist political tree which increases the recruitable population by 5%. Good luck playing as Communist Greece!

Hi mekathron! Sorry for the long reply time but I've been busy with other projects, finishing my bachelor's degree and work. As for your suggestion I can look into it after I am done working on my current project :-) Although I believe it might be a challange to do as the amount of research slots are defined in respective country's history file. That would mean that a mod would have to change each individual file of the countries which needs to be altered which could cause conflicts with other mods, but it is possible. As I said, I will look into it after I'm done with my current project to see how it might be done :-)

I can give a suggestion for another mod:
research slot for minors:
2 slots: you gain +1
3 slots: you gain +25% in one slot
4 slots: normal
nations with 2 slots are almost impossible. Since poland is minor and start with 3 i think its ok. can you do this one?

Yes, carrier prodcution cost decrease is included in the national focus 'Capital Ship Production Efficiency' as well!

by capitol ships does that include carriers? cause if so I'm sold 100% for that, if not please add a focus for that
