Try and match the textures even closer to pugna's base skull. It looks kinda like one skull right now, and that's great. If a head replacement isn't asking too much, I'd prefer that. Love this.

Lots of comments about simply replacing the whole skull, that isn't something Valve's cookie cutter replacements offer! :(

The thought did occur to me whilst I was making it but the 'head' replacement is just the horns.

I agree with Pap. Get rid of Pugna's skull and just replace it with the animal skull.
This is WAY better than his current skull! Nice work.

just take his skull away and replace with the new, add jawbone and you're done. will look much better
