No, only backer trinkets (special category of trinkets from the kickstarter project that can be got by entering its name in a console). So you can have the vanilla version of that trinkets, or having them modified and put inside in the usual trinket pools.
Anyways the vanilla backer trinkets are pretty much nonsense.
All the trinkets are very rare or better, so you won't find them in the beginning. My intention was to make balanced trinkets that don't mess with the game core.
If you want to try a modified and newer trinket rebalance (originally this mod was made before the expansions), check Lucchi's "Compatibility Patch - T.O.P. + Trinket Rebalance". Very good stuff!

I didnt change the heroes file. So probably its like vanilla.
If you cut the corresponding items in the trinket file they wont show up in game.
Not any particular logic, just saw that backer trinkets were not interesting enough so I changed them. I wish I have done everything from scratch, but it was my first mod and i didnt have any skills on that so modifying existing things was the easiest way.
are you really sure that your mod does not catch that by default? what logic is there in addition so your mod does not work like the base trinkets?

As far as I tested, when you have kickstarter trinkets they should become modded, not disappear. But this could have changed since there's a lot of time since I don't check its compatibility with newer updates. Anyway as it is said in the description, this mod takes the kickstarter trinkets and makes them actual different items in the game. So you can't have both, sorry :(
