I think u could make the wings like dragon wings, as it has lots of claws, and maybe create boots too, this would be awesome :)

Good idea work on it, but it's not enough detailed, a little bit uncluttered, qop skin is sophisticated, claws around her eyes and her shoulders isn't enough i guess*.

You can't download the skins, Valve selects them and then you can buy them in-game.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I really appreciate it. For the software I used 3ds Max, Zbrush and Photoshop.
For the mask I'll try to upload a new image so you will be able to see it a little bit better so maybe it'll help point out what is wrong with it.

Looks great. Fits QoP excellently, the mask looks like one of the old masquerade balls, which I personally think suits QoPs lore quite well. Well done, +1 for you. This should be in the game.
