Then load Train Simulator, click Drive and then the Workshop tab and it should start saying something like decompressing files. Once done the route will be available to use.
Shortly after releasing this route I actually did add scenery to this route as far as Gordon Hill from the Alexandra Palace end but didn't release an update. Given that still leaves another 20 miles or so to Stevenage, i'm unlikely to add to it any time soon.

I have tried unsubscribe and re-subscribe with no luck and on two different computers
Do i need a particular train or reskin for this to work.

A route has to be made final in order for workshop scenarios to be submitted for it. However, if the route is made final, the author can no longer update it.
In the meantime, scenarios would have to be uploaded to a third party site such as UKTrainsim.
