i mostly use Road to 56 and all works fine, i don't know witch mod can conflict

I tried this and the Russia version but I dont see anything change for USA but the Soviets staff will have blanked out effects. Do you know some mods that conflict with this mod?

the +10% production for the detroyers are for one national focus, because that national focus add -10% production for the detroyers

i sorta dont understand the +10% build cost/time for destroyers, because they are the key assets, i could possibly overtake destroyer output with light cruiser production
