I think pretty much everything matches, except the weapons. They look too far out of place & have a nasty bent to them.

Fix that & perhaps add some textures underneath his skirt to make it look proper, & I believe you'll have a nice set here.

I love the ax, I love the head gear. Even the thing around his shoulders are good. The only thing I think that needs improvements are his skirt, trousers or whatever you call that. The undergarments makes him look slim, although the original model does actually look slim. I think you need to make something that covers his legs and torso. I like the set but I think it needs improvements. Hope you consider it.
