I just read abezikrachid's comment.
The AI starts the game with some bonus techs (this is normal default behaviour, not related to the mod), so it might give the impression that they are not slowed.
It should work with Vox Populi but not completely sure.
No other mods in play.
But could I also tweak myself costs of wonders and buldings corresponding to science slowdown? I mean, i still want units to cost as intended, but make buildings and wonders cost increase +30% too?
Thanks again for this excellent mod.
Maybe I can subscribe this mod twice to get 60% :D
