i like white alot better, red and yellow brick patterns made it look silly

While red does look awesome, remember the guidelines when submitting stuff:
It is more likely that the submission will be selected if it follows the color scheme of the hero and KotL doesn't have have much red (only the cloth from his staff) so making it his primary color is not that good idea even if it looks very good. If you notice is his color scheme is mostly white>yellow>light blue.
But the design itself is awesome continue working on it, we need less jugg/sven/bloodseeker items to be honest.

Awesome concept. But the clothe looks kind of blocky. It needs some polish to look more natural like the original.

So the red one is indeed better, but since red is not in ezalor palette you won't be able to add it to the game (it's in the rules) however the white one is pretty cool too, but try to make it a more shiny white, the one you used is too grey imo. Anyway I'm sure this item will make it through one way or another cause it's awesome imo.

While I like the red look, as well, we need to remember that heroes need to remain visually identifiable at a moment's notice for players of all experience levels. Meaning that the white version is a much better, and much more likely, fit for actual implementation.
