Des is a jealous little manchild who would do anything to make Atreides notice him (see: https://imgur.com/a/8Waky ). As a result he spams everyone on his Steam to come comment on this mod claiming it contains PFU content. It doesn't. On the contrary PFU contains YAMM content, as well as content from many other mods such as my own (Fulmen's Historical MP Mod). Content taken without permission or credit, in other words plagiarism.

I know for a fact most of you comment here only to stop Des from spamming you, but I also know some of you actually buy into his childish smear campaign. Not much can be done about that, as there are always those who will blindly believe someone based purely on personal opinion, without citing sources and evidence.

In any case, I will treat all unconstructive toxic spam as such and delete it.

Sorry, just to clarify, my comment wasn't meant to suggest anything from TWAS was in YAMM (and I've actually given permission for people to use what's in the mod without credit or asking for permission in the description over at the Paradox forums, so you wouldn't be out of line if something from TWAS had made its way in there - but for mods that don't do this, it'd be another story).

I indeed changed the changelogs when I was in the middle of a MP game when someone told me about our comment on the modpage. As I was busy in the MP game, I did not updated the description right away. There is a character limit on the steam description page and some content gets indeed cut out including the list of credits. Several people subscribed to the mod since the start know that there has been a list of included/inspiration mod at the bottom. I have never claimed this mod to be an entire original work (cf all other my workshop items). This is supposed to be a multiplayer mod, not something like V+ or War At Sea. I do apologize for my complacency of not putting credits more clearly and visibly.

Look, let's just be honest about this because I dislike deception at this level; the final section (mod credits) was not 'cut down by steam' -- Steam cuts off everything in a mod description after about three or four lines of text, it doesn't just conveniently cut off the entire final section of the description in which you mention mods from which you have stolen content. I'd wager this section had never existed before, and seeing as Steam has automatic archives of previous iterations of mods, they can no doubt prove this point.

As for your curiously 'dynamic' changelog, I note (and have screenshots proving) that your 'New flavour events' quickly transformed into 'New flavour events from Vanilla+' about thirty seconds after I mentioned the issue here.

If you're going to steal huge chunks of other modders' work as-is and try to pass them off as your own, at least have the decency to keep the mod private/friends-only.

Not sure. I use the change in my main group's mod and we've never had problems with it.

In Defines.Lua there is a line:

MP_NUM_LOSERS_FOR_PEACE_PAUSE = 0

If you change this to 1, only player versus player wars will give everyone a peace screen. Would prevent everyone from getting paused for the smaller wars like Ethiopia and Finland.
