@klvlt It is customary in this community to post your fixed fork with credit and a link back to the original mod, and also to note on your version if this one gets updated later on. (Don't just delete your version or you may break other people's games. Just let them move back on their own.)

I updated this mod to 1.4 and tweaked a few things. Just for myself initially, but now I'd like to post it as a fork of this mod (with full credits, of course). Would that be okay with you?

Addition: The patch operation for the royal bed should be deleted as well. It's also covered by changing BasicBedBase.

The patch to link medlights to bed and double bed is broken with 1.4. If anyone wants to fix it: Go into the xml patch file, remove one of the two patch operations (either the one for for bed or the one for doublebed). For the other, change the xpath to "Defs/ThingDef[@Name = "BasicBedBase"]/comps/li[1]/linkableFacilities".

Is there way to toggle the textures of actual lamps invisible? i really like the lightning but ceiling lamps just seem to be in the way of stuff, thats why i dont use any mods with visible ceiling lamps. Your mod looks awesome trying it out right now

Strangely or hilariously, when I installed this mod my rock pile was converted into half moon wall lights. Is there a way I can get rid of them through dev mode (like deleting an object?). I can't interact with them.

can you make the rope light outline have some sort of invisibility toggle? it just covers up things on the ground. another option would be to see if you could put it on another layer that is lower than items

Not at all? They're grouped in the menu so if you see one, they should all be there.

Hey ccp, LED growing lights aren't showing up in the menu? As such they can't be built, even when researched. I can buy one from a trader and duplicate it perfectly fine (strangely) but this is obviously a bit of a pain. I can send you all the logs and stuff on discord if/when you need them.

Is there a way to get colored LED floor lights or do I just have to stick with white? I know the rope lights can be colored, however they are visible and ruin the aesthetic of my build. I want my streets to glow teal for a futuristic look. If you could make the the floor lights in different colors that would be amazing.

They don't consume energy at night. The "power needed" you see in the info panel only means that what it consumes when active. if you connect one to a charged battery without anything else attached you can see that the drain stops and the grid excess changes from a negative number (depending on the light you're using) to zero.

Just wondering about the Automatic LED growing light (L in this case)... should they still draw power when they're off for the night? They shouldn't I think. Kinda would defeat the purpose for them being automatic, right?

haha, yeah you are right. the original game I was playing with those 340 mods is fine, so it just something about adding it to that save. I just tested it in the original game and there is no problem. sorry for the false alarm.

I'm not going to be able to help you with that. It would take me a couple hours just to work through your mod list to find potentially conflicting mods and I simply don't have the time for that.
It's NEVER safe to add almost 300 mods to a save.

I made a new game with only about 50 mods then I loaded that save with about 340 mods and had 3 mods visuals sort of wierd out, one of them was this mod. The other 2 were related and I talked to a dev of one of the mods and got that problem fixed. still no idea why this mod replaced granite chunks with a strange led blueprint texture.

This was a completely new game? People have reported an equally baffling issue with steel when adding this to existing saves, but I've never heard of problems with new games.
Did you just add LED Lights to your mod list or have you had it running fine before that?

Ah, i got it. Just thought, that you grouped it by the effect area, with standart and colored ones. Thanks for sharing this wisdom. And still - one of the most pleasant and life saving mod. Big fan of it. )

Click it, all growing lights are grouped like the floors or the coloured lights. ^^

The update to 1.0 only changed the version code, so just enable it in your 0.19 game. ^^
