Updated to 1.9, again for future reference; nothing had to be changed besides the version number to get rid of that warning.
Do tell me about it tho but don't have it stop you from using it while it's "outdated".
TaintOfTheForbiddenOne 9. mar. 2020 kl. 19:41
mod needs an update to 1.9 sadly
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 30. dec. 2019 kl. 12:40
"This one I can garuantee you only contains the one line it needs and wont overwrite the whole base file causing massive compatibility issues like some others out there."

TGW mod doesn't follow this rule so either they don't know about it or they don't want you to combine the mods.

They need to remove THIS [github.com] line (line 203) in their defines file which is the default value anyway.

It's a great idea especially in big mods like theirs to only write "code/data/script" for the values you want to change and let the game take the other data from its original files.
This makes your mod easy to read, change and maintain with a game that still receives updates and new content. It also prevents compatability issues like this from occuring and makes them easier to fix.

tl;dr
Problem is not with this mod, it's with theirs.
ALEX 30. dec. 2019 kl. 9:04
not work with TGW mod
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 17. nov. 2019 kl. 12:23
Whew, what a messy launcher...
Fixed it! Might have to drag em to the top of list using manage mods button so you can enable em.
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 17. nov. 2019 kl. 1:08
Mod so small should still work, try it out before disabling it.

Not home for the weekend and don't have it installed on the laptop to remove the warning.

Maybe turn other manpower mods off (if u have some on). do u use the newest version?
Niacyn 2. juli 2019 kl. 3:01
its not working, how can i repair it?
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 26. juni 2019 kl. 10:10
By default any territory that does not belong to you but is pretty much an occupation (even when annexed) will only give you 2% worth of it's manpower. This mod changes that 2% to 100%.

For UK only England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are cores and will give 100% everything else is pretty much an occupation and will only provide 2%. This mod changes this.
RAiD 26. juni 2019 kl. 6:15
what does this mod even do
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 10. juni 2019 kl. 13:48
np, It's a willing choice to dive deep in a passion. I'm fortunate to be able to do something I love!
Wilma von Hinten 10. juni 2019 kl. 9:21
Hey mate thank you very much for updating it :) Even if you said thta you don't have much time left I hope that you can still find some sort of free time
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 9. juni 2019 kl. 16:05
Updated for 1.7.*
No changes.
PFC D. Wells [29ID]  [ophavsmand] 8. juni 2019 kl. 13:32
I can become a creator and handle the updating for you since you have no time anymore.
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 8. juni 2019 kl. 5:32
I will at some point however the mod is so simple, the only thing I'll change is 1.6.* to 1.7.* in order to remove the warning.

I have just checked and it still works as intended, you can check it yourself by starting a game as France and seeing if your non core manpower pool is also at 2.2% (same as your core manpower pool)

If anyone wants to take over this job I can add you as a creator or you can just re-upload it with the change.
I'm saying this because starting the first of this very month I have almost no free time left in my life for about 4 years or more and looking after mods is not really how I want to spend this litlle bit of time I have left.
Wilma von Hinten 8. juni 2019 kl. 5:02
Are you gonna update it to 1.7?
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 2. mar. 2019 kl. 10:10
Updated for 1.6.*
No changes had to be made, you can check if it works for yourself by starting up as France 1936 and hovering over the manpower pool. If both say something like I believe it's 2.2% then you are good to go. The digit doesn't matter, they just have to be the same for both core and non core (non core may have additional 0's after the dot or be like 999999999 but it's still fine).

Not updating for you?
Check your steam downloads, it may be queued up and waiting.
Try the clear user directory button at your own risk as it will delete your saves.

I've tried that mod, and it also doesn't work. Same situation: it says I have 82k available manpower from my new core, but I'm not getting any of it, only my original core manpower.
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 17. nov. 2018 kl. 4:08
Also if the mod keeps failing you or the mod that causes the conflict is to important to give up or you just like the idea of the mod I'm linking you here more, you should go grab it instead Coring Decisions
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 17. nov. 2018 kl. 4:04
Odd, it still works fine for me.
Perhaps another mod is causing a conflict.
Some modders make a copy of the file that contains the single line changed by this mod and then change the lines they want to tweak and leave the others at their vanilla values while they are supposed to not include all the lines they don't want to tweak in their modded file.

Hey I used this mod a year ago and it worked great. Playing El Salvador now, just like I did a year ago, and I'm not getting the non-core manpower at all. When I hover over the manpower tooltip, it says "2.499% of eligible non-core population available", but I don't actually get any of it. I only have my core manpower and the 100 I gain every month from default population growth.

Any help would be appreciated, really love the mod!
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 8. mar. 2018 kl. 7:30
Updated for 1.5.*

The digit doesn't matter, they just have to be the same for both core and non core (non core may have additional 0's after the dot or be like 999999999 but it's still fine). Your manpower should be like 1.87 mil or something... over 1 mil, unmodded would give France 1936 like 267k or something.

Thank you
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 25. nov. 2017 kl. 3:32
Multiplayer only works if everyone you want to play with is using the same mods.
Atunda 7 24. nov. 2017 kl. 23:11
Hello, Im new to this game so if this is an obvious answer I apologize but, will this work in multyplayer?
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 18. nov. 2017 kl. 14:07
Anything that changes a mechanic of the game will never allow achievement.

No this is will not allow you to earn achievements. It significantly changes the balance in europe by giving France and UK a significant boost in manpower from all their colonies, especially France.
milfhunter 17. nov. 2017 kl. 14:47
Is this achievement and ironman friendly?
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 14. okt. 2017 kl. 9:17
It's up to date right now. This mod is so simple that it will only break if the devs rework the manpower functionality.
Pupsiks 13. okt. 2017 kl. 9:01
will you be updating the mod?
ARollofCarpet 23. aug. 2017 kl. 0:29
That's cool :) No I'm not a multiplayer so wouldn't know sorry
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 22. aug. 2017 kl. 14:49
Just you, happens sometimes but rest assured that nothing had to be changed so it should still work regardless. Don't know about the checksum however if your friends do get the update on their clients. (if you multiplayer)
ARollofCarpet 22. aug. 2017 kl. 11:34
Okay maybe it's me as it says the mod supports version 1.4.1 not 1.4.2.
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 22. aug. 2017 kl. 7:48
Should be updated.
ARollofCarpet 22. aug. 2017 kl. 6:06
Sorry to be a pain could you please update for 1.4.2. Thank you. Great mod I always use it :)
I know da wei 11. juli 2017 kl. 18:00
They are American, they are part of the Belgian expedition. Thanks for the link :)
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 29. juni 2017 kl. 21:08
Allright, far from an expert and just making wild guess. If the US is the only one using those chevrons then obviously US, they seem caucasian so that also rules out several options and the shape of the helmet and just the uniform also rules out germans, they are wearing thick gloves and there seems to be frost on the ground so there is that aswell. Obviously either American soil training march or somewhere in europe. That's all I've got.
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 29. juni 2017 kl. 20:49
I actually don't know, I made this mod in a quickie as in really a quickie about 5 minutes total. What I do know is that upon using google I get alot of WW1 references but no real confirmation on who exactly these men were. I have considered changing the image but I think it would be easier for alot of ppl if I just let it be just so they can recognize it from visual memory given that it has a bit over a thousand players who use(d) it.
Biggest version I could find [1.bp.blogspot.com] Incase you want to take your shot at inspecting uniforms a bit better.
I know da wei 29. juni 2017 kl. 19:53
Just curious, what nation are those soldiers from?
Bvisi0n  [ophavsmand] 29. juni 2017 kl. 7:16
Updated for 1.4.1

Let me just comfort everyone here.
The reason I made this mod was because all other alternatives I found at the time copied the entire base file which covers a ton of things if not most of the things from manpower numbers to production numbers and nuke damage and so forth and so forth.
This annoyed me because if every mod does this then how would the game know what values to use if all mods are saying "hey use this one, no use this one".
Not to mention the headache if paradox decides to tweak one of these values.
What I did is create a new blank file with only the single line (value) I want to change which is the manpower for non core population.
This means that unless paradox decides to change the name/id/tag of this value it does not need updating unless you really wanna get rid of the red !, which I personally do wanna get rid off lol.

tl;dr: No changes made only changed a 0 into a 1 to get rid of red !.
