Anyway if the tech tree is broken than something on your PC is causing this. Could be another mod or outdated CiV files fe.
I can`t tell youi the exact reason without the game logs.

Tech tree is not showing up at all.
Do i need the korea dlc in order to play?
Nobody else have reported this issue so far, so i`m not sure what is causing this, could also be another mod or something else.
The resources will pop up when you discover the related technology, regardless if you`ve discovered the tile or not.
