And turrets controlled by the driver are buggy at best, and the problem is deeply rooted in 3.0's code. So not anytime soon.
I have over 70 vehicles from various mods that use these weapons. Changing the IDs of these weapons will require me to change and update every one of the vehicles, and that would take probably a whole damn day.
What you are asking for cannot be done within a reasonable timeframe.
Looks like it just is, as due to abandonment he probably won't update and fix it.
Vehicle must be made in unity to accept it.

How do i add them to a vehicle model?
do i have to use an ingame tool or i only add them on a moddeling tool?
make sure there are windows in the front too!
Steam can be a bit funky. You must also make sure nothing is running.
1. There isn't a single vehicle in this particular mod.
2. The hell do you mean doors in the back, like "normal" tanks?
I have a private server running it perfectly fine.
I'll look into it.
The tables are for if modders want to force it to spawn as well.
If you're not using them, don't worry about it.
