A little more detailing to be done along the spiral, and perhaps even enhance the quality of the frost hanging below (maybe even an ice blue glow), and you have yourself a masterpeice :)

Yeah, just needs some more detail on the cyclone whorls (perhaps, as mentioned, some kind of rune, or even just weathering) and you should be good to go.
