Haha yeah. It says you start with plenty of food, but you can run into starvation VERY quickly if you aren't careful. I landed in a desert, (which was awesome) but colony is going strong. I wish I could set the manhunters to be megaspiders, but I can't. There's an infestation mod I've been eyeing that would go quite nicely with this.
