Report a translation problem
You are running 800 mods so compatibility is defo going to be an issue unless you are very careful with what mods you add. I am an amateur and spotted some mods not for Rimworld 1.4, e.g. mod no. 186 - [1.3] Tug Those Gas Rat Teats: Boomrats Yield Chemfuel(Magus.TugThoseGasRatTeats): (no assemblies)
How did you narrow down this mod as the issue? Did you run Rimworld with just this mod?
I've seen similar things in other mods so I guess it's just Rimworld updates breaking faction mods, as usual.
Anyways, the current way to do that is <naturalEnemy>true</naturalEnemy>

Also, do you think you could figure out some way to make it so that Lost Platoon Soldiers spawned ONLY with their WWI gear and Dough Boy helmets? It's weird to see them in other Industrial clothes layered on top of theirs. Also, I would suggest adding blankets that Lost Platoon Soldiers can wear, as they did in RL.
One last suggestion: ditch the dedicated Old-Fashioned Rifle and just give them the Vanilla rendition's Bolt-Action Rifles. It's an unnecessary duplicate. That's basically what early WWI soldiers used.
Do you ever plan on giving custom Backstories and such to all of these Factions?
