Haul urgently should be able to be used on everything.

I'm also using that Pick Up and Haul unofficial if it helps narrow the issue down at all.
Apparently there's an issue regarding this with Pick Up And Haul Unofficial 1.6 Alternative by Teemo. When you click Haul Urgently in the Priorities tab, the pawns idle. Just a heads up.
