And yet it was based on it. The outside might be different, but the boltgroup and firing chambers are indentical to the M16 ones.
Even the carrying handle has m16 features on it.

Depends on how much assembly is required per model and how much treatment the textures need.

Heavily depends on the model.
This model is really simple, which is why It got done so fast. BF1 models require much more work and take longer, for example.
