@chyea2011 Click the green button that says subscribe. Then enable it in the launcher. (You will need the main Millennium Dawn mod to use this mod)

All the colours are great, but one thing. Russia is always red fam. Litterally everything else is fine. But Russia is always red.

@Prime Minister Jade You just upload your mod just as you would any other, the only difference is that the base files you use are either from the base mod, or don't conflict to begin with.
