@Captain I used to have the Alternative Germany mod. It was really fun, but it was removed from the Steam Workshop a few updates ago. I'm excited to try out this one now though!

Hey, I really appreciate your work. I wanted to ask you, if you could also develop a mod that simulates the last days in the "Fuhrerbunker", similar to the movie "Downfall" ("Der Untergang"). I found this interesting thread [ https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/hitler-death-event.937183/ ] and I think that a "Hitler Suicide"-event this would really add more historical accuracy to the game. Maybe you could also add a worldwide event where different countries react differently to Hitlers death (e.g. Soviet Union: "So the bastard's dead? Too bad we didn't capture him alive."). I would mod this myself, but I'm a real greenhorn once it comes to programming. Hope you can realize my ideas - thanks and keep up the good work!

I have an odd request: could you make a separate mod(s) where the Nordic Cross flag replaces the default fascist flag, as well as adding the generals to the starting pool? Or even make the Nordic flag replace each ideology flag (separate mods for each ideology)? I just really like the various Nordic Cross designs Germany considered after each war.

Trying to mod the flag myself, but it's not working so well. I bow to your modding skills :) All this aside, it's a fun mod! Keep it up!

Not at the moment, I have yet to make a decision whether or not that would be a good idea and how it would work (what parameters and so on.)

For everyone, the only way the new flag can be seen is if you delete the Neutral German flag files from any mod that you may have subscribed to that alters them, just in case you want to see the Resistance flag.

I have been attempting to get the game to alter the symbol, primarily to use the one in the thumbnail, since it was the symbol of the Resistance, but I hasn't been cooperating. As a side note, I disagree that the cospirators wanted the Weimar Republic back, it was one of the reasons why many didn't mind Hitler's rise, because they despised the weak democracy. Most of the them were more in favor of Monarchy or a conservative centrist government. But I respect your opinion and appreciate the comment. As far as the German part, I apologize, I publish the files just so I can play around with it for my own enterntainment, I don't expect anyone to actually play it in German, if any German wishes to translate it, it would great.

It sounds interesting, but I have to point out, that the Weimar Republic used Black-Red-Gold (just as the Germany nowadays) as National Colors, not Black-White-Red (That's the color of the German Empire till 1918).
The conspirators aimed to basically re-erect the Weimar Republic.
So using Black-White-Red would be wrong.

If you want it to be in correct german, it would be good to get a german to translate it for you.
Better release no translation into another language than a bad translation ;)

The possibility to trigger this in 1944 for example would be wiser than triggering this with a mutual exclusion of Anschluss.
