I'm really simple, I just want the Federov Avtomat (USSR) added and a couple Battlefield one weapons like the Farquhar-Hill (Great Britain) as well

For Weapons IV is where I put my finger, as for the times we could reach that tech (more or less end of the WW2 or even at Korean War, 1948 was a hell year) we were already mixing the Prussian Doctrine from the academy and the new American Doctrine as they were supplying us with their hardware and the compromise of a common cause againts the red tide. About Colombia, Yes we used the Mauser (in fact it was the rifle of the last Civil War in those times, the Thousand Days War). The next step is more like a doubt rather than a certainity, you see we begun our military doctrine in 1911 after Chile aid us with advisors to get a second hand Prussian Doctrine (still it did wonders) so we took the German-Austrian Rifles as part of our arsenal, but in the other way (the diplomatic one) we begun to have a more closer relationship with USA after the Panama Crisis.

So, for "Weapons I" it can be either the Mauser M98 or the Steyr Modelo 1912.

For Weapons II you nailed it using the vz 24.
