I do a little bit of work on the mod every now and then, but since I don't really have the space in my life to keep working on this mod anymore, it means progress towards any new release is extremely slow.
Then its likely a bug. Societies are very buggy at the moment, and its something I'm looking to fix.
I am running version 1.05 from moddb only.
Tell me, are you running the mod with the parts from this collection enabled? If so, please disable them, all of these are outdated. You only need to run the version of the mod recently added to the Workshop.
New Update has dropped. You no longer have to subscribe to eight parts, you can download the new version of the mod in one place:

Thus the vote has been won for the immediate update side. In the coming two weeks, I will work towards releasing an immediate update, 1.05, which will include all the features currently ready to be included in the mod. Thank you all for your participation.
I voted for waiting. I know you'll produce a miraculous masterpiece in the end, and I should have believed in you the whole time. I still apologize for humiliating you out of ignorance.
Keep up the good work!
So drop a vote at the Straw Poll I've created here:
http://www.strawpoll.me/15485862
I'll be really busy for the next couple of days, so the Poll will be open until 9:00am at Sunday AEST. At that time, I'll open it up, count the votes and do whatever has the highest number of votes.
Okay guys, I'm going to make a choice. I've spent so long focusing on improving the mod's systems, but the content's still going rough. I've just finished the Duel System however, so technically, I could release a version of the mod that's very much playable. The downside however, is the Spirit World, Age System and Last Airbender events aren't finished yet and I don't know how much longer I'll have to spend working on that.
You need to roll back to a patch before Jade Dragon, such as 2.7.1, until the new version is released.
The mod is definitely coming soon. I'm working very hard to make it soon as possible, but I can't put a date on it.
Because you are running the latest patch, and the mod hasn't been updated since then. Until then, to play the mod, you need to roll back to the previous patch before Jade Dragon.
The same thing happens to me!
I 'd say early 2018 AD, but it's in Sweawm's hands, so if he replies, pay atttention to him and not me.
I've done my part. Sweawm now has to implement everything I added (except a religious change, which will be in the Release after this one), as he promised, and then he must make sure it all works. He is also adding his own content and improving the Mod overall.
No, 1.01 is the previous release that came out in July.
You've already finished? Hot dang! Or, is that the previous release?
No, the version on Dropbox is 1.01. It's the full mod.
I clicked on the Dropbox link and it took me to the latest version. What seems to be your trouble?
Thank you
Eventually sometime next month before the end of the year. It won't be through this collection however. Now that the size restriction has been lifted, the mod will be uploaded to the Workshop as one single download.
Can you find out why? I could try fiddling and fix it on my own if I know what to change and what to change to.
Well, usually, they should convert via event the same way culture conversion works in vanilla, but I just checked the files and found this only applies to Fire Nation / Earth Kingdom religions. That will be fixed in the next update, as I am making some changes to the way provinces convert.
but i have one problem, the damned shamanists keep rising up in my homeland, i have zero shamanist vassals, zero shamanist courtiers, i dont think a single named character is shamanist in the game, but the provinves dont convert to southern spirituality ever, they just stay there and revolt every 30 years, its not a big deal but its super annoying. is there anyways to convert a province? colonies work fine but you cant colonise a place that is already southern water tribe.
