Please consider making Austria for Counter-Strike 2. It is my favourite bomb defuse map which I have been playing in private match for years. It would look absolutely gorgeous in the new engine, and I am so excited to play it..

This is first map I've ever played in CS:GO aside from Black Gold I'm sure. I remember my friend borrowed me account because I didn't have credit card and couldn't buy CS hahah. I was 11 at the time now I'm 16, brings some nice memories tbh. Every 3rd player I've seen had AK Redline at the time hahahah. One of best maps ever created, I hope the creator of this map will read this one day and cheers :)

Just annoying and weird. Thx GabeN. Hope the FaceIT version does the job - will lyk once we get to try it. Ah yeah Valve and radar issues :))) as a community that plays so many different old maps (worst: older versions of active duty maps like 2015 Inferno) I can relate too well to Valve fucking up the radar und dumb inconsistent troubleshooting. Alrighty enough rant - thanks for the reply and I'll get back to you once we try it!

Cheers mate. We will give the FACEIT Version a shot. Just weird cuz we legit play all sorts of maps (so also many other maps that used to be in the game and are no longer) and that issue only occurs with Austria (wasn't always the case though, started to become a problem 4-6 weeks ago, before that we could play no issues). Also figured it had to be a bug, because the map received no update, not everyone has the issue despite doing the same thing & deleting the map-file and hence forcing a re-download of the most up-to-date version not helping either.

Probably something that Valve messed up, because last update of the map was in 2020.

If you still want to play Austria, there is an identical version of the map, which I have uploaded for Faceit to fix an issue with the radar, that all (?) maps have, which have been removed from the official map pool (Also something that Valve messed up lol).

cant play the map anymore, in our private 10mans some
ppl always get the error "different version of map on server than in gamefiled" or sth. BUT that's not the case, server fetches map from workshop. deleting map on server and in own gamefiles doesnt fix the issue and it's ONLY austria. sad
