Such an awesome and talented musician, I listen to the p-music songs almost every day, even when not playing rimworld.
If I subscribe to this music and use it in-game,
I’d like to know whether there will be any copyright issues
when using it during a livestream or including it in a YouTube video.
Could you please confirm if the music can be freely used in streaming and video content?
Thank you, Peppsen, for the explanation!
Oh well, then it was a VERY happy accident. Perfect, actually! :D
I have to know!
Is the music in RimWorld actually context-sensitive?
Two of my pawns just broke up.
The music immediately started playing a very sad piano piece.
Despite the sad cause, I laughed so hard!
Was this a lucky (sorry guys!) coincidence or deliberate?
If the latter, well done guys, well done Tynan!
thanks for making this.
The new song illusion is easily up there with the best tracks btw.
Though the game should just start new tracks depending on the map you are looking at "right now". I am in a prairie and have space music going on, it doesnt fit sadly.
Guess no way to "add" your music into the orbital relax "playlist"?
Under temperature bottom right it should say "Orbit" if the game considers you being in orbit.
These tracks play under "Orbital Relax".
<songs>

Floating_Points

Low_Planetary_Orbit

Sky_Farmer

Wabi_Sabi

</songs>
While using the built-in music debugger it will always play one of those tracks in orbit when choosing "Next Track". However Music Manager next track does not respect the sequence and will play a normal track when choosing next track. Although the track that plays after that will again honor the Orbital music sequence.

Anyway since then, even if I never actually go into the asteroid base screen, its just wabi sabi track over and over, with very infrequent changes.
