This is just an idea, but if Manchuria gets free, let them train the Chin-wei-chün template similar to how the black shirts can be trained with the new Italian stuff with the Camicie Nere template, while adding ways to expand it/making them stronger similar to the Strenghten the Blackshirts focus as well.
Hsüan-tung Restoration focus could give it 2 more infantry battalions and allow you to train them with a cap of 10, so you can have 10 of them at all times. Imperial Glory focus could give it Support Artillery, while increasing the cap by +5
Return to Tradition could give it an Artillery Battalion, and another Cavalry battalion as well, bringing it up to a respectable 21 width, while increasing the cap by +5
After that, everything in that branch would increase the max capacity just a bit more.

另外，个人觉得有两个不合理的地方。
1.何应钦是黄埔军校总教官，内战时黄埔系将领全跟了西北军阀冯玉祥，这在中国是不可能发生的。
2.汪精卫是行政院院长、国民党副总裁，而且31年组建过武汉国民政府，跟蒋介石分庭抗礼。假如蒋介石死了，他是100%会跳出来夺权的，并且37年未投日本，他声望很高，夺权几率非常高。
我个人觉得，内战双方最可能是军方二把手的何应钦和党、政二把手的汪精卫。冯玉祥在国民政府内部没有什么军、政、党方面的势力，连蒋经国、林森、胡汉民都比他更有可能。

西安事变有个大BUG。
1.冯玉祥内战胜利，中国会丢掉福建的核心。
2.内战后，新疆成为苏联傀儡国。当日本提早向中国和所有军阀宣战（包括新疆军阀），日本也会向苏联宣战，中国加入苏联阵营。苏联156个师，日本80个师，日本直接被推下海。整个MOD的故事线都崩了。
3.淞沪会战赢了，但没有弹出中日和谈的后续决议。
