Do not delete neutrality as an ideology, just because there isn't anarchism or monarchism does not mean that military rule, oligarchies, and non-liberal democracies should be deleted.

You cannot abolish "all hierarchies", To do so would require you to abolish all forms of Human interaction.

Tight. I like the changes to ideology labels. Some of them aren't super technical (like just calling all antecedents of Leninism "Leninism,") but obviously that's a constraint of the game. Working with what you had this looks very good. I'll give it a go. Still learning to play the game, but looks like an improvement. I'm just hoping someone makes a complete Spanish Civil War mod with the anarchist revolution/unions included.
