- Update to 1.19
- Slight further changes to Europe national ideas.
- Republic -> European Republic no longer kills the prior elected leader.
- Monarchy -> European Republic now properly removes the prior Monarch.
- Rebalanced government bonuses to be more consistent.
- No longer removes 'all' autonomy on tag change due to rebel issues.
- Another description overhaul, tooltips should be more grounded, relevant and just better all round.
- Updated national ideas; rebalanced and more relevant to the various nations. Also added more accepted cultures for Europa and Europe.
- Updated cultural union to remove/readd accepted non-European cultures before replacing the cultures.
- Updated Move the Capital:
- Now starts as the 'Pan-European Capital' decision, which is a Major decision and required to form Europe.
- Once the centralisation cooldown is over, usual 'Move the Capital' decision returns and is repeatable.
- Added Moscow, Stockholm, Athens and Brabant to the list of possible Capitals.
- Renamed the European Federation to instead represent the idea of an empire with a devolved federal structure called Europa. More closely links in with the early Modern Era and fits in better with the game.
- Renamed European Empire to Europa Imperium in the same way, improves the transitioning between the different Europe nations.
- Idea group changes, shifted all military bonuses to be more quality over quantity based. Also updated the descriptions for many ideas to better fit the new Europa/Imperium nations.
- Shifted Karelian cultural union to the Eastern Europe act instead of the Scandinavian act.
- New descriptions for the various cultural union modifiers, better fits with their idea as a new law.
- Improved the decision descriptions, updated with the new names and better reasoning.
- Added revolutionary flags to the various nations just incase of the 'Revolution' disaster.

Will add the existing one to the description, my mistake
>British rebels rise, led by General Boris Johnson
>"Eurocrat" modifier has -100% manpower so can't suppress
>British secede
>Scotland secedes from Britain
>Scotland conquers Britain
>United Kingdom of Scotland rejoins European Federation
10/10 would brexit again
Good suggestion, will swap that and similar ones out.

Yes, but custom nations can't switch idea groups, game limitation
Roman Empire is already in the game. Events from 1973-2016 have no relevance in 1444-1821. Russia can be added to the cultural union, but in the current version, it needs to be originally formed in western/central Europe.
That does sound better. I want to also rename the European Federation or rethink it to something more 1500's. European Union does work, but..... yeah. European Confederation might work, confederacy was a known concept, Union of European States is way too long.
Federalism wasnt really a proper thing as a name until the 1700s. Not sure, maybe Empire->Unitary State might be the route to go since Empires were really the only form of multinational states at the time, cut out the Federal state completely. So Europa->Europe.
