For the Dark Gods!!!!
If you dont mind, I'd like to give some technical crits:
Its okay to use tiled fill textures occasionally, but sometimes tiled textures like the chainmail and the reins get visually repetitive. A vertical saturation gradient on some of the more uniform elements would also help break repetition.
When youre building the topology for limbs, be careful not to just put in two edge loops for a knee, it leads to the nonconservative deformation thats showing up on the leg of the rightmost pose in this picture . Consider instead one of these retaining geometries [wiki.polycount.com].
Other than that I look forward to the texture revamp!
My original plan was to mix the classic model (the one you posted) with aspects of the new Dorghar / Archaon model (namely the 3 heads), but, based on community feedback, I've decided to try to go back to the "chaotic horse" look. Expect to see it updated hopefully by the end of this week (A bit longer than planned, mainly due to the more drastic changes to the mount).
In the meantime, let me know if you have any other feedback regarding the model.
