The no allied guarenteeing mod does not work with the mod (I suck at spelling so sorry)

@flyingman1900 this mod also edits the gaurenteeing of nations. Before this mod the usa gaurenteed a large amount of the americas. In this mod I took away all those gaurentees. (Sorry if I misspelled a lot of the words I am pretty tired.)

I found out that somehow the No Allied Guaranteeing mod (which I had just in case the European countries started trying to guarantee other countries) was somehow conflicting with this mod. I'm not sure how as it doesn't add any new focus tree items as far as I know.

For some reason this isn't fully working for me. The USA doesn't start with guarantees on other American nations but it still has the Monroe Doctrine national focuses.

@BurnBabe (Go to the .mod data) if you havent that should work, if that doesnt work all I can think is re-upload it as a different mod?
