Also in Modded multiplayer (via MPPatch 0.1.3) The UUs for the base mod (Sub mod UUs work fine) Can be constructed but then when the turn is ended a reload occurs and deletes them from existence.
I was looking through the logs to fix some other mods and decided to check/report all errors. So, here is yours from Database.log: "[2521.862] Database::XMLSerializer (edited_animations/civ5artdefines_viseffects.xml): 'Row' or 'Delete' expected, got 'Name'." :D
As I only ever modded configuration and tweaked values in Civ5, I've actually no clue how the xml should be in this case.
Thought I inform ya, in case you ever come back to this game =)

Yes, the addon works with the latest version, glad you are enjoying it :)
A bit sad there isn't a well working Kantai Collection or Azur Lane civ, then we could have anime girls driving ships against anime girls being ships...
Please make sure that you have the right DLCs to run this mod.
Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the mod, which should be Version 4.
If you can tell me what mods you are using, since I tested the mod on its own and with the addon pack and I never encountered the problems you have posted.

Alright I just wanted to make sure
If you play as a certain Civ, the relavent music for that civ plays in the background regardless of other players. If you open the diplomatic screen with other Civs, then their leader music plays instead (either peace or war depending on the diplomatic situation with you).

I hear your problem and have experienced it myself. Unfortunately there's nothing more I can do in terms of coding to improve the chances of a coastal start. The bias is already coastal and like its description, it's a bias, not a guarantee which is the way Firaxis intend it to be sadly.
I'll have to see because I have no experience with other mod interactions.
