Adding RequiresXPACK=true did NOT make the mod work with the New Mod Launcher.
For me the github Alternative Mod Launcher just crashes when I try to use it.

I'm not sure if you have to add RequiresXPACK=true if the mod files like other people said but I did so it's probably best advised.

That worked for me
запускал Long War of the Chosen, через Alternative Mod Launcher....по другому не пробовал.

Everything works. I didn’t write anything in the files, RequiresXPACK was already written there initially... possibly because I downloaded the game recently.
I launched Long War of the Chosen through the Alternative Mod Launcher... I haven’t tried it any other way."
I was copying Ninjaboy. He left the S out of his. But with the S, it works. Thanks for the quick reply.
Adding RequireXPACK=true to CommandersChoice.XComMod does NOT fix it.
Freaking updates. Why can't a released game just stay released and not be modified?
And thanks to the mod authors for the mod itself!
Not compatible with Musahis RPG Overhaul or any variant
RequiresXPACK=true
Works good for now
promote on After isn't disabled and Commander's Choice doesn't appear
By changing RequiresXPACK to true marks this mod as WotC only, which it's not.
But it won't hurt for you to do it unless you are trying to play without WotC.
