My gosh, I haven't played Dirty Bomb for about a year now... I remember when Pheonix was released. What's new in Dirty Bomb? Is it still good?

Thanks for this, in my own copy I've changed XComContent.ini to:
Language="spanish"

To add some variety to the non-US English speaking languages.

These voice packs are starting to make me wish someone would make a line of Dirty Bomb appearance sets.
Ah well. Lovely work on the voice pack, as always. Good to have variety. :)
