Good work on the blend between the shoulders and the cloak. The set is asthetically epic, but one thing I'd suggest is another name. Perhaps a name like Dragoncleaver, or Dracolyte Abilisher would fit the ticket just a trifle better.

Amazing work, but I suggest some isolation between the hood/helmet and the shoulders.

Too much details, a little decrease on the scales perhaps.
