These blocks are like cancer on my save. Don't level up, need demolishing manually, and remove the zoning from under them.

A complete and utter pain in the ass.

I'm not really planning on doing that, but you can easily do it yoursefl! Just open the building in the asset editor and delete/ replace the props you don't want.

I'm glad you still like the buildings! :)

I'm asking for the same thing as @Sotrax I love this asset but it would be wonderful if you could make a second version without the props in the back :D

Could you add an version with 4x2 lot size? I'd like to detail myself and the trees and props in the back are often in the way.

I did clones Lv 2 and Lv3 of these block houses (this and the others of the same author) and after install RICO only spawn Lv 1 buildings. in other words this models don't upgrade to lv2 or 3.

Yeah I just used the regular .xml file and set the changes acording to my building. I use this guide and it has variables for growables.
Unfortunately the growables don't have icons in the rico panel and are invisible, but they are still working.

rlly strange that you succeed in making growable with RICO compatibility =) How did you manage to do that? Just with an xml? We've got several attempts in rusiian community, but all failed. And in RICO guide it is pointed that only Uniques and parks can be added. Magic?) Btw the buiildiing itself is supernice. Thx!

Ich liebe diese Häuser! Es ist so schwer, unaufgeregte Gebäude für eine europäisch/deutsch angehauchte Stadt zu finden :)

Sehr cool, auch wenn ich diese Häuser generell hässlich finde :D

Nur ein Tip: 512x512 ist viel zu groß für eine LOD-Textur. 64x64 oder 128x128 wäre angebracht.

Residential can also be made RICO compatible. I wrote "highres" instead of "reshigh" before so it didn't work properly. I updated the asset just know and checked ingame - it shows up under high residential but it doesn't have an icon, like so . Really strange, I have to check that out later.

Does not show up in RICO panel. As far as I know, only parks and uniques can be made RICO-compat - for now anyways.

@sonicnurse How did you make a growable to be RICO compatible? I've only seen that parks & uniques can be made rico-compatible so what did you do different? Being able to make growables RICO-compat would be a godsend!

It actually is a growable! You don't have to use the rico mode for it to work ;)

Ein Eckgebäude kommt vielleicht irgendwann dazu, ich brauche nur immer ganz schön lange für so ein asset :O

Looks good! And we have a bunch of them here in Denmark too, though often they'd be red or yellow brick. Have you considered making this a growable as well? I could see situations where that would be nice :)
