turns out it's probably the plop the growables mod that has a problem, seems i'm not the only one with an issue

@Енвый \|/ RIJSEL \|/ 100% sure it's an issue with some of your mods. I personally use all of these assets in my build (of course in addition to hours of creation and testing), never had an issue like that with any of my assets or anybody else's

great collection but some of the assets don't appear when placed down, only a flat surface appears, the whole skin is non existant

something weird happens to me. i cant place em down, i looked into it in the content manager tab. there is a yellow triangle with a "!" in it by the signs and when i removed the signs from my assets tab. i could place the buildings down, but there is no sign so it looks pretty plain. plz fix

@andrewtgk i also recommend FindIt - it has a much better UI than the RICO menu and allows you to plop RICO buildings as well.

@KingLeno I've been playing the vanilla game for a while and just recently started using the Workshop, I didn't know about the RICO mod until this morning, now your assets work perfectly. Thanks so much, great work!

@andrewtgk "building panel already exist" mod takes away the x's so the icons show up. and most importantly RICO, it allows you to place every building on this list and it will function as a commercial building. you don't need the other 2 if you have RICO, but why wouldn't you have the other two, they don't alter the game just unlock a certain function and don't take up space.

@andrewtgk if you're against mods then you only download ones that are growable. Actually if you're against mods, then no point of playing this game at all. I'm just guessing off the top of my head because these mods are just part of the game to me, but "not so unique building" allows you to place unique buildings. The vanilla game only allows you to place so many unique buildings

Do these this require a mod? I subscribbed to them all, but can only use a few. Most have no icon showing up, some just plop a generic building, and most say that the building is already built. Any suggestions?

@manny.vega it's not really necessary now. you really can just use MoveIt! to achieve the same effect

can you make inside corners? to make L shape shopping centers.

This is great for compact shopping centers

Really good! For a continuation, I reccomend Food Lion, Publix, Anytime Fitness, Quest Diagnostics, and a Wells Fargo.
