Because there are people who actually WANT to dress up as a Prinny. Also, if you had actually LOOKED at the item page, you would see that it is certified compatible with the game. So there is a fully CGI model created, they just only posted the concept art images.......Probably, either way you don't have to be an absolute ass about it.
