yes xenophilia means an abnormal love for any form of "aliens" i wouldn't call it "an alien prostitution buisness" though

I did know xeno meant foreign but its just that its mainly used now towards the xenomorphs in aliens lol

xeno- means foreign, so it can mean anyone that lives outside your country.

But yes, Xenomorphs are the ones in everyone's mind.
