@kzlork, yeah, fixed that, you were right. I never noticed the problem because I never play with the game music, so thanks for pointing it out!

It usually happens when a Civ doesn't have a soundtrack tag in the XML code. The North Korea mod fixed it with having the tag placed for china (<SoundtrackTag>CHINA</SoundtrackTag>). You can add any Civ in the game between the tag and it just plays the normal music for that Civ. Maybe that can work?

@Helwyr, Nothing I can really do for you. Maybe try downloading it manually (theres a website that lets you download workshop stuff directly) and unpack it yourself? If it's downloading and still not working when you try to activate it, maybe it has a conflict with another mod you're using? Not sure how experienced you are with using mods, but you might check the workshop forums or something, your problem has probably been solved by someone there before.

@Roy Brown, no, Diplomats flee. Spies stay, and grant you vision around the city and report the city's current production I think.

Doesnt spies flee a city if youre attacking it?
Or am i high?
If im right that would make the Spies in enemy cities lower city strength useless.

@zArkham4269 Red Skull's ability, 'Der Tag', is a reference to the plan he made during the Third Reich to make 5 or so giant, unstoppalbe robots (the Sleepers) in case the Reich was toppled, so they could take over the world in the future instead. I thought incorporating that into my design was a really cool effect. And yes, the Sleepers are almost certainly goingto come out right near the end of the game. By that point, you should be down to only a handful of civs left to conquer, and the Sleepers can give you the push you ned to clench the victory. He's also meant to have more science output than most other domination-focused civs, if only to rush to getting the Sleepers. The Skeleton Crew helps with that, and gives him a nice boost in strength during the WW2-era techs.

Hate to say it but a lot of games I play never get to Advanced Ballistics. While I understand Hydra is a Post-WW II thing, the Red Skull is from prior to and through WW II thus the UU should activate sometime around then. Perhaps a different UU like the War-Wheel?

@kzlork No, there's no music. Maybe one day I'll go through and find appropriate music for my civs, but most of them don't have iconic themes and all that. For now, I'm eschewing music in favor of just working on more civs.
