I suspect a definition error occurred: they likely didn't expect to check an empty container. This does work like advertised, though incredibly laggy because of the compounding errors.

hey, first of all. i still use this on everything... in space and on the ground. love it. can you tell me what the setting is for how fast it teleports? or where i might edit a local copy to increase the speed?

well, i got it to work once. now it has stopped.. i have everything owned by me, i have shortened the destination cargo container name to be sure it was correct on the block. but no workie. i use a conveyor sorter to pull all ore out of hte conveyor to fed it. same thing i do for stone dusters, so i am pretty sure the sorter is working..

ideas for testing or an indication that its working or erroring out?

trying to find a way to make this work with TIM. TIM tags on the Teleporter doesn't work, but you cant teleport cargo to or from a cargo with a [TIM] tag on it even with quotes such as Cargo Teleporter [F:"OP1 2 Dewey [TIM EXEMPT]"]. otherwise tim takes stuff out of the container before it can teleport to its destination.

you dont need both containers to be on the same ship. that is the whole point of the mod be out mining with a small ship and be sending the ore back to your base

it stopped working for me it was just fine yesterday i was mining saved and quit the game. and today i log in and start mining again and its not working. so i loaded a new empty world with just this mod installed and nope not working. i set up a test main cargo is called Mo so i have the tele called [T:Mo] put some things in the tele and they just set there and its all owned by me and all have power IDK plz help?

This mod is abandoned.
I no longer have any interest developing or maintaining any if my space engineers mods.
As far as i know, it works as of 1st January 2017.

Updated to new ModAPI.

As always, Let me know of any bugs.

A side note, if you hadn't already noticed, I'm not playing SpaceEng anymore. Due to having very little interest in the game these days.
As a result of this, there isn't likley to be any new features in this mod any time soon.

So yeah, let me know if this breaks and i'll fix it.

I think this is an awesome mod and functionality.

If you're looking for balance ideas - the power requirement is definitely a good start. Another thought I had would be to make the transporter block quite large (I'd suggest the same size as the Jump Drive for such a powerful block).

Just my suggestions, thanks for the excellent mod.

Hello All. Quick status update on why the lack of replies.
At the moment, it's the final week of semester. I'm finishing up exams and assignments and i'm generally ignoring the world so i can focus.
That being said, i should be done with everything next wednesday. After which, i'll come back and reply to all comments i've missed and look into the patchnotes of every patch since march to see whats been added. I plan to investigate the GUI modding and what ever else is availible and see what new features i can add to the mod.

can you make cargo linker block? block for remote link conteiners inventory with name like "Cargo Linker [A:Cargo 1;B:Cargo 2]".

Currently Both versions of teleport pull ALL item. No filter, pulls fuel from reactors, on/off only stops Transmission not resource pulling. Hard to keep my ship running when teleporter pulls all the fuel out. Would be nice if the SORTER version filters actually worked and had an option to behave like 'collect all' or not. Drain not restricted to attached container - drains everything still. Was nice when it worked normal.

I've been looking for something like this for a small while, and while it may not be as 'clean' as some other mods (needing to use built-in scripts rather than menu functions, etc), it's definitely useful.

If anything, I would like to see a version that uses a block size similar to the Jump Drive (3x3x2) and has a higher power draw when activated to balance the utility the block provides.

Otherwise, great work, and thanks for making my dreams come true! =D
