Unfortunately, since i don't own AOC, I'm not sure whether to try and make this AOC compatible or not.
You own it, do you think dropping the effects from vanilla over those from AOC is OK?
The problem is that it doesn't make sense. I'd have to link loyalty to economic stability, like you said, not to power. Here, power is the meter and loyalty/economy the affected parameters. To do it like you said, I'd have to have loyalty the affected parameter with economy as the meter.
If I didn't understand right, please just proceed with an example.
Still, is -1 tax and -2 PO that bad?
