MaxRavenclaw's Political Power Effects Redone

Description
Changes the effects of the various levels of political power so it's now better to have more power rather than balance it with others. See the table in the attached image for details.

UPDATE: Added changes to Nomad factions as well. The political power has the exact same effect as for normal factions, without the Public Order effects (hordes don't have public order, integrity serves as public order). So use the same table I posted for normal factions, but ignore the Public Order column and you'll see what I've modified.

WORKS FOR vanilla and The Last Roman as depicted in the picture above. For AOC I've simply inverted the corruption modifiers, so higher power leads to less corruption, rather than more corruption.

Savegame Compatible. Radious compatible if it loads first. Compatible with pretty much everything, really, but if it doesn't have any effect, load it first.

Alternatives to my mod would be:

1. Kurk Kokane's Political Power Overhaul v1.2
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=476097109

This is the one that actually inspired me, and gave me the idea of making a nice coloured table. Now that I look at the numbers, I actually realize they are pretty similar to my own. The reason I had decided to make a mod from scratch was because I was too lazy to read his numbers and compare them to vanilla to figure out if I was happy with them, so I just extracted the relevant table from data.pack and altered the numbers myself.

The only difference between my mod and his are in the numbers. Pick between mine and his depending on what number you like best.

2. *** RoYaL sPaRtAn GuArD ***'s @@@_rsg_power&dominion.pack
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=522785899

I'm not sure how you're supposed to read that title. Compared to his, my mod has more mild changes for Integrity, Public Order and Tax Rate, similar changes to Growth, and more extreme changes to Loyalty. My mod also doesn't touch Imperium, nor does it touch the "fame_levels_tables" folder. From what I can see in the .pack file, his mod doesn't affect Hordes, mine does now.

3. Ightblaine's Blaines Revised Political power
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=522591113

This one also has more than mine. He also modded the Great Power diplomatic effect to be more positive and added diplomatic effects to the Political Power bar, but otherwise kept the "balance is best" logic, for as far as understand.

It's not working for the 1212ad mod, please update!

I don't remember how the loading order worked. Consider testing with this mod at the bottom. If that still doesn't work it's possible something changed in the way the game loads pack file categories. I vaguely recover some types of files had priority regardless of the order you define. It's been a while since I last played and modded this game, I'm not sure.

So, this mod doesn't work with radious. I tried running only radious with this (I run a bunch of other mods) and it doesn't work. I tried it by itself and it works. This is at the top of the mod loader. So idk what to do.

V I just tested it, it doesn't work. Strange, it says the mod has no conflicts to.

Does your mod function with the "FotE + EP Revised - compatible mods" mod collection (https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1575489072)?

It's possible. I made this mod a long time ago and I don't remember exactly what tables it edits, but it's probable that the death trait is registered in the same table as with the negative traits. IIRC, to remove traits you need to overwrite the table entirely, not just create a bonus table, so you'd need to merge these two mods if you want them both. Feel free to use my files if you want. I'd imagine it's easier to remove the death trait from my table than removing all negative traits from the death trait mod.

it seems your mod conflicts with mods that remove the death trait from the huns. i have not checked it but does your mod change anything with regarding that? it is the only ting the mods does so i am a bit surprised that it conflicts with your mod.

Thank you for the mod, it feels bizarre to have to sabotage my family's influence to make my kingdom stronger

I've reinstalled Attila and am looking at my older mods. This one is still fully functional and working as intended, to this day.

Sure. Go ahead.
