When the game starts, no one can build or do anything. Pls fix

When the game starts after you have choosen the builder I am unable to build/use spells/characters. Its like im a spectator with a character just running around and no creeps are spawning on my lane.

At least 2-3 people every game have this issue. Worked fine for a couple of days ago but now it happens every time i enter a game.

I & my friends took ban from your unstable server, which not allows as connect to it back - immidiattly kicking us and etc... Then we got ban for 1-2 weeks, thanks

please, the game crashes when choosing a builder

The game crashes immediately after trying to start a game. I simply cannot play at all, retried to start a game like 3 times already.
I keep getting booted out of the game with the "Leave game" and "Reconnect" options displayed every single time. The "RECONNECT" option never helps. It just starts the game again and then boots me out immediately back to the same page. This is frustrating
