maybe you should give it less thrust, as using vents sucking in air on planets would turn them into EXTREMELY Efficient jet engines, And Since I use Them This Way, They Should Probably Be Tuned Down To A Less Rocket Engine Thrust. Plus, They Are Oxygen venting Thrusters After all

oh dont mix hydrogen and oxygen thrusters on the same ship, the game doesnt like it.

The oxygen isn't lowering. And I tried to use a lot of large thrusters (I'm in space).
Is this a cheat? :O

Could this thruster run off just a vent set to depressurize (obviously in atmo) or would I still need a holding tank?

@visentinel ok after some testing I found out that it depends on range I was offical able to fix it thanks to mojomann71 on the fourms if you want to fix it on your own version it can be fixed by adding this line under ever
<FlameDamageLengthScale>0.0</FlameDamageLengthScale>
<FlameDamage>0.0</FlameDamage>

Seemed to have fixed the damage problem by setting the damage length to 0.0 instead of 0.00

Ugh... found the issue

theres 2 damage types now but i can only configure ONE of them WTF ! i cant be bothered these days reporting to keen they ignored me so much at this point i dont care anymore but feel free to bring thisd to their attention =P

it says 15 to ships.... the only setting i can configure is the "to the rest"

found a bug with the jet flame if a thruster is set to a overload it will start doing thruster damage to blocks in flame path only test this with the large oxygen thruster

Yes but the game apparently needs a minimum value for power consumption to consider the block "on". leaving flame idlecolor set to all 0 still makes it appear as if it's off, it just requires a value larger than 0 for min power consumption to work.

its suppose to look like its off when its idle, even says in the description "No Idle flame (Why would u vent oxygen if your not trying to move ?)"

Yeah just tested it, it seems because the min power consumption is set to 0 the game has some issue realizing they're "on". Setting it to .0000001 fixes all the issues.

they dont turn off, the idle flame is just set to invisible.

Well whatever the case they seem to be slowly getting better, It's hard to not use this mod simply for the functionality that they auto turn off when not in use.

Low sim speed can cause heaps of different kinds of issue, usually in multiplayer tho. Not Sure

Not yet, Im testing he new build now, theyll work with a thruster turned up then down for a short while, being reset when the ship is completely stopped or with power turned on/off. Could it be a low sim speed affecting the trigger of the thrusters?

With Beta out, will you be updating the specs of this mod? It seems the oxygen thrusters refuse to work as part of the normal dampening/wsad-movement until atleast one has it manually turned up.

Haha nah its fine. this mod only configures and uses vanilla assets and i dont own ideas. his mod also works diff than this.

Im not one of those Nazi modders that chases people down waving my fist at them I OWN THAT wah wah ! lol. where i draw the line is balantly taking hard work like custom models and stuff, asking permission is the go there.
